The Operator Session is $1,250 of Joshua's advisory time at no cost to you. If we work together after that, engagements are scoped to the constraint, not a package. SOP and workflow work is typically an 8-to-12-week operating-system build. Project retainers typically start in the mid five figures. Longer operating partnerships are quoted after the session. We will give you the number that fits your situation in the room. Equity is a separate conversation and is never required.
If it is not used in a week without you, it is not done. We do not deliver a folder.
